Drive voltage: 24 VDC. Designed with the latest magnetic-latching principle for low power consumption and low heat generation.
Actuating blade (pusher): Made of high-hardness steel imported from Japan. After heat treatment and deep cryogenic treatment, parts are wire-cut and precision-ground for dimensional stability and high accuracy. Custom sizes and external profiles are available.
Fast, repeatable response: Actuation time < 2.0 ms; setting time < 4.0 ms (verified operating speed up to 140 Hz), offering faster performance than piezoelectric needle actuators.
Supports 4-needle, 6-needle, 8-needle, 10-needle, and 16-needle configurations, as well as 2-position and 3-position models. Compatible with large circular knitting machines, sock machines, pantyhose machines, and seamless machines. Selector-finger pitch options: 2.0 mm, 2.5 mm, 3.2 mm, 4.0 mm, and 5.0 mm; customization available.
Housing: One-piece aluminum-alloy enclosure, CNC-milled.
The actuator maintains holding force on the blade (selector finger) even after power is cut off.
A W-TYPE series of ultra-high-speed actuator is also available, capable of replacing most piezoelectric actuators—for example, WAC, J.M., and Matrix models.
